Members of AFSCME Locals 3800, 3801, 3260 and 3937 are preparing for a possible strike when fall classes begin Sept. 4. Union leaders say the administration\’s last wage proposal was inadequate and will widen the gap between clerical, technical and health care workers and highly paid administrators.
