The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services is
conducting the hearing. Committee Chair Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), along
with committee member Rep. Keith Ellison (DFL-Minn.), will conduct the
hearing.

In addition, Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson, Minneapolis Mayor R.T.
Rybak, and St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will be present to listen to public
testimony.

Prior to the hearing, beginning at 5:00 p.m., Working Partnerships will host
a pre-hearing discussion, foreclosure prevention overview, and community
networking opportunity. That session will meet in Room N-202 of the library.

Working Partnerships is a new nonprofit growing from the community service
programs of the Minneapolis Central Labor Union Council.
