Members of United Steelworkers Local 9349 at Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center will take a strike authorization vote Monday, March 27, the union announced.

On March 20, the workers overwhelming turned down the employer's final offer. On Monday, the union will hold an informational meeting and strike authorization vote. Results will be announced at 5 p.m., the union said.

The Steelworkers represent more than 100 workers at the health center. The union has more than 15,000 members in Minnesota, including about 4,300 health care workers.
