A free map highlighting road work scheduled in Minnesota this year is available statewide, courtesy of the Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota.

In addition to promoting the state?s Skilled Construction Laborers and its apprenticeship and training programs, the map details road construction projects in the metro area and in Greater Minnesota. The map offers brief descriptions of lane closures and timetables for the work.

The Minnesota Twins, Minnesota News Network, KLBB-AM radio, and E*85 Ethanol are other co-sponsors of the map, so you?ll also find a Twins schedule, a list of MNN radio stations, and a list of service stations that sell the alternative fuel.

Maps are available free of charge at many of the state?s highway rest areas and other locations.
