A free map highlighting road work scheduled in Minnesota this year is available statewide, courtesy of the Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota, and LECET ? the Laborers Employers Cooperation and Education Trust in Minnesota. <P.In addition to promoting the state?s Skilled Construction Laborers, the map details road construction projects in the Metro, St. Cloud, Duluth, Mankato and Greater Minnesota. It offers suggested detours, brief descriptions of lane closures, and timetables for the work.

The Minnesota Twins and Minnesota News Network are other co-sponsors of the map, so you?ll also find a Twins schedule and list of MNN radio stations inside. Maps are available free of charge at county offices; at many of the state?s highway rest areas; from the American Automobile Association of Minnesota; at Days Inn, Super 8 and Americinn motels; and at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Precision Tune locations.
