The “Labor 2012 Legislative and Political Conference” will meet at the offices of the Minnesota Nurses Association and SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, both located off of Shepard Road just west of downtown St. Paul.
Plenary speakers and break-out sessions will highlight state legislative issues and offer advocacy and campaign training. New labor strategies for the 2012 election year also will be featured.
The conference will include an evening reception with pro-labor elected officials Nov. 15 at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront hotel.
The conference registration fee is $65 per person, which includes a box lunch. Discounted hotel rooms will be available at $119 per night at the Crowne Plaza.
