The forum will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 115 Fourth St., in downtown Stillwater. It is free and open to the public, who is encouraged to bring questions and concerns.
Differing perspectives will be offered by Jay Kiedrowski, Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs; Ken Pentel, environmental and political activist; Lynn Reed, Minnesota Taxpayers Association; and Wayne Cox, Minnesota Citizens for Tax Justice.
Topics will include fair taxation and adequate funding for public services, education transportation and other infrastructure needs.
