Rallies will be held:
• Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 4:30 p.m. in St. Peter at the Minnesota Square Park Pavilion, on Minnesota Ave. between Elm St. and College Ave.
• Thursday, Aug. 28, at 4:30 p.m. in Rochester at East Park, E. Center St. and 15th Ave. N.E.
"Working families are finding it harder and harder to makes ends meet. Skyrocketing costs, stagnating wages, increasing unemployment and attacks on our retirement security are just a few of the issues we are facing," organizers said. "But this fall, we can do something about it. All union members and community supporters are asked to join the Southeast Minnesota Area Labor Council for these rallies and exciting speeches about what our community can do."
