T.E.A.M. has served companies and unions throughout Minnesota and across the country since 1987. Its founder, John Sanchelli, built the organization to become a leader in providing employee assistance to unions, companies, police departments, schools and municipalities. Today, with Karen Hagen at the helm, T.E.A.M. remains a company that leads with integrity and continues to make a difference in the lives of the people and the organizations it serves.
"Keeping a sharp focus on what matters most, face-to-face, individualized services….that\'s why our clients stay with us," said Hagen. "The most obvious thing one should expect from an EAP is service; face-to-face service, and when combined with state of the art, secure, and efficient data management, case management and reporting procedures, T.E.A.M. is the choice."
T.E.A.M.\'s clients range from Building Trades unions and construction companies to the United Food & Commercial Workers union, law enforcement agencies and schools. T.E.A.M. staff provide employee assistance with problems from addiction and depression to relationships, financial and legal problems and traumas in the workplace. Most recently, T.E.A.M. staff was involved in helping workers cope with the experience of the I-35W bridge collapse.
T.E.A.M. counseling is free to members and employees when their company and/or union have contracted for the services. Unions, companies and employees interested in learning more about T.E.A.M. may call 651-642-0182. More information is also available on the T.E.A.M. website, www.team-mn.com
From time to time, Workday Minnesota will run stories provided by T.E.A.M. that focus on particular work life issues. The first is "35W Bridge Collapse: Building a Safety Net for the Future."
