Written by local playwright Mark Rosenwinkel, with music and lyrics by Minnesota folksinger Larry Long, the show brings the passion and politics of the late Senator Paul Wellstone to the stage.
The play offers a stirring and insightful portrait of Senator Paul Wellstone and his wife Sheila and promises “the passion, politics, and surprises of one of Minnesota’s most out-spoken and controversial politicians.”

Performances run Oct. 7 through Nov. 5 at History Theatre, 30 E. Tenth St. in downtown St. Paul. Ticket prices range from $25-$32. A preview performance is planned Oct. 6.
