The training is aimed at local unions looking to train members to help conduct organizing campaigns. It will focus on basic organizing skills for internal and external organizing.

The training will cover: basic elements of a union organizing campaign, one-on-one communication skills, how to move workers to take action, and leadership identification.

All affiliated unions are welcome to send members to this training.

The cost to an affiliate for sponsoring a member is $75 per participant, including meals and training materials. Costs for travel, hotel, and parking are the responsibility of the sponsoring union.
