Dustin Loosbrock is a third-year law student at the University of Minnesota Law School, focusing on employment and labor law. I am also a Harvard Trade Union Program (HTUP) graduate and a third-generation Operating Engineer - IUOE Local 49 (Minnesota) member for 18+ years. For four of those years, I served as a union representative. During that time, I held a position on the Minneapolis Building Trades Executive Board and the MN AFL-CIO General Board.
