The forum will run from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at the Rondo Library, University Ave. and Dale St., St. Paul. It is free and open to the public.
The forum will challenge the premise of HMO, pharmaceutical and medical companies that health care must operate as a market commodity. "We will explore how communities can build strategic grassroots media networks to take back health care, make it a public good, and end the ravaging of the peoples\' health," organizers said.
