The "Fish Program" will be the main topic at the Twin City Area Labor Management Council's annual membership meeting, Wednesday, March 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Paul RiverCentre, 175 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul.

Carr Hagerman of ChartHouse International Learning Corporation will describe this innovative program that helps recruit, retain and create loyal customers, inspire employees and stimulate innovation. Hagerman has performed with magicians Harry Anderson and Penn & Teller, and provides a energetic, thought-provoking presentation, the Labor Management Council said.

Also at the meeting, the 5th Annual Earl Willford Labor Management Cooperation and Partnership Award will be presented.

Cost of the program, which includes lunch, is $75 for Labor Management Council members and $100 for non-members.
