Workers in Hennepin County represented by AFSCME will demonstrate Monday at the Government Center for a fair contract.

The rally runs from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, on the Public Service Level of the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 S. 6th St. in downtown Minneapolis.

“Hennepin County employees have gone years with little to no raises and high increases to our health insurance,” AFSCME Local 34 said. “It is time to say, ‘Hennepin County Step It Up, We Are All Fed Up!’ Please join us in Solidarity!”
