"We're planning to file objections to the election," reported Uriel Perez Espinoza, Local 17 vice president. "It's been a typical campaign," he said. "Management held mandatory meetings and one on ones . . . They were trying to brainwash people."
If the NLRB finds merit to the union's objections, another election could be held.
