Further, Local 292 claims, Pro Vision refused to accept employment applications from several more fully qualified, union electricians on Aug. 7, prompting the union to file charges of unfair labor practices against the temp agency.
Local 292 members are maintaining a picket line outside Pro Vision Staffing Group’s offices, located on the corner of Vandalia Street and University Avenue in the Midway neighborhood, during business hours this week.
The union urges supporters to call Pro Vision Staffing Group and urge management to stop discriminating against union workers. The phone number is 651-644-4490.
