Minneapolis labor federation to host mayoral forum

The Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO, invites all union members to attend a “meet and greet” event Wednesday, June 14, with candidates for Minneapolis mayor.

The event will begin shortly after 6:00 p.m. in Rooms 217-218 of the United Labor Center, 312 Central Ave., Minneapolis, following a very brief meeting of the MRLF delegate body. The event will not be a formal candidate forum.

Each candidate will briefly address the room, but the majority of time will be devoted to allowing union members to talk informally with the candidates one-on-one or in small groups.
